This law replaced the Law on state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it.
In some cases, it was decided to register restrictions on the rights and encumbrances of immovable property, including easement, mortgage, trust management, leasing, hiring.

It will include a cadastre of real estate, a register of rights to it, a register of borders, register affairs, cadastral maps, books of records of documents.
They will register the rights arising by virtue of the law, without the application of the right holder or legal acquirer. The procedure is carried out on the basis of information coming in the order of information interaction from authorities and notaries.
The limits of legal expertise during state registration of rights have been clarified.
The terms of cadastral registration and registration of rights have been shortened. A separate article is devoted to them.
